When AI tools started getting genuinely useful for small businesses — not hype, actually useful — I started helping business owners I knew make sense of them. Figuring out what was worth their time and what wasn't. A few of them told me I should be charging for it.
So I started RB Works.

- Do I have to use RB Works to implement the recommendations?
- Nope. The report is yours. A lot of people take it and run with it themselves, or hand it to someone on their team. If you want help building things out, we can talk about that — but there's no obligation.
- What if I'm not very tech-savvy?
- That's most of our customers. The whole point of the audit is translating this stuff into plain language. If a recommendation requires an IT department to execute, we won't recommend it.
- How is this different from the AI consultants I keep hearing from?
- Most of them are selling a product or a retainer before they know anything about your business. We charge a flat fee to look at your specific situation first and tell you the truth. If the honest answer is "you don't need much right now," that's what we'll say.
- What's the $500 for exactly?
